Nexus Property Management®, a prominent player in the real estate sector, embarked on a digital transformation journey with PTI WebTech. What began as an opportunity to assist with minor tasks evolved into a long-standing partnership marked by website redesign, Drupal backend integration, and ongoing management. Since 2012, PTI WebTech has been instrumental in elevating Nexus Property Management's digital presence, providing consistent updates, and extending the collaboration to create multiple websites, Nexri, Tempe, Worcester, Natick, etc.

Challenges:
Nexus Property Management® sought to enhance its digital presence and functionality, initially requiring assistance with small tasks. As the partnership evolved, the challenge was redesigning the existing website and integrating Drupal as the backend for improved performance and management. Ensuring the website stayed current and relevant necessitated ongoing management and regular updates.

Our Approach:
We started by providing support with small tasks, gaining insights into Nexus Property Management's requirements, and establishing a foundation for a more extensive collaboration. Recognizing the need for a more robust platform, we undertook the redesign of the website, seamlessly integrating Drupal as the backend to enhance performance, security, and management capabilities. Our expertise in Drupal backend development ensured a smooth transition, optimizing the website's architecture for scalability and ease of maintenance. Since 2012, PTI WebTech has been dedicated to the ongoing management of Nexus Property Management's website, implementing regular updates and security measures and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Expanding our collaboration, we created multiple websites for their franchise modules to focus multiple locations for managing Property Management®, providing a complementary platform to reach a broader audience.
